DCU runs Simulation Modelling Workshop for Dairy Industry

DPTC Industry partners attended a Simulation Modelling Applied to Supply Chain Workshop in UL on 19th and 20th October. The workshop, presented by DCU’s Dr John Geraghty and his colleagues Barbara Minardi-Kwiatkowska and Cristiani Eccher explored the important processes in the Dairy Supply Chain.
