Euro Fed Lipid Congress – submissions for poster presentations open!

On 13 March 2018, Dr. Sean Hogan and Dr. Anna V. Piterina represented DPTC at the meeting of the International Scientific Committee, aimed to finalise the Lecture Programme of the 16th Euro Fed Lipid Congress. The event takes place from 16-19 September 2018 at the Belfast Waterfront Hall Conference Centre.

The theme of the 2018 congress will be the application of science, technology and nutrition to address the issues arising in our constantly changing world. As well as the usual Euro Fed Lipid Division streams, this year congress will include a stream focused on dairy lipids science and technologies.

Members of Scientific Committee and experts involvement in the congress organisation include DPTC members: Dr. Sean Hogan (TEAGASC), John Hunter (MTL), Dr. Seamus O’Mahony, Dr. Brian Murray (Kerry) and Dr. Ioannis Zabetakis (University of Limerick) and Dr. Anna V. Piterina.
